Rich Oakey is an animator, illustrator and motion graphics artist who loves drawing, painting, designing and creating. Traditionally trained at the Art Institute of Philadelphia where he studied design and illustration earning a degree in Visual Communications. He later returned to the Art Institute earning a 2nd degree in Animation and Motion Graphics.
Other passions include family time, hiking, biking, building/wrenching and riding motorcycles.
